All Saints Church, Haslingfield Road, Barrington, Cambridgeshire CB22 7RG View on map

Parish church dating to early 13th century. The village of Barrington is an ancient settlement on a river terrace on the north (Mercian) side of the Saxon crossing of the Cam (or Rhee). Clunch stone has been quarried on the rising ground north-east of the settlement since early 14th century which has been used extensively in this church.

10 miles south of Cambridge on A10. Signs for Barrington are just north of railway level crossing at Foxton train station. Church is at east end of Barrington green at the junction of Haslingfield Road and Challis Green. Rail: Foxton or Shepreth. Both 1.5 miles. Bus: Number 75 from Tadlow via Orwell and from Cambridge via Haslingfield
