All Saints, Church Street

All Saints, Church Street, Tibenham, Norfolk NR16 1QB

Parish church, remarkable for the extent of surviving 11th century fabric. The plan comprises a nave, south aisle, south porch and an exceptionally tall west tower. The north wall of the nave is datable to the 11th century because of its herringbone courses of flint, a feature which indicates that the north wall of the chancel may also be of that period, as it has identical facework.
