All Saints, Grindon

All Saints, Grindon, Leek, Staffordshire ST13 7TP View on map

Known as 'The Cathedral of the Moorlands' this church can be seen for miles around. Designed in Gothic style by Francis Bros it was consecrated in 1848. Saxon font and medieval animal inside porch.


Opening Arrangements

In the summer months, 9am-6pm. In the winter months, weekends and Festivals Days, 10am-4pm.


Middleton-on-the-Hill is a village in north-east Herefordshire, 6 miles outside of Leominster, off the A49 travelling north towards Ludlow. Rail: Leominster Station.
