All Saints, Oaksey

All Saints, Oaksey, Malmesbury, Wiltshire SN16 9TQ View on map

Built in 1250, added to and restored in later centuries in Early English and Perpendicular style. Contains early 15th century wall paintings of Christ of the Trades and St Christopher. Tablets to William Goddard 1795 and William Butt 1777. 15th century stained glass window and a 'sheela-na-gig' (pagan fertility symbol).
