Grade I listed church built c1460 and renewed and restored in 1847. Notable west window of elaborate perpendicular style by T M Wyatt. Interior contains bust of William Phipps (Governor of Bombay d.1747) by Sir Robert Taylor. North chancel has commemorative plaques of the 18th and early 19th centuries. Church is set in enclosed churchyard containing 18th century altar tombs and, except for the tower, is hidden by surrounding trees.
