The Chapel was built in 1754 as a general Baptist place of worship. It is a very small building with many original features. It has a small but very active congregation. Visitors are welcome to enjoy a tranquil haven in a busy village


Opening Arrangements

The Chapel is open on the first and third Saturdays of each month 10am - 4 pm. Also Wednesdays during school holidays 9am - 3pm. Other times are advertised a chapel 'open days' on the website. There is an on-site key holder for requested opening


Follow signs to Billingshurst library and use fee paying car park. Lakers Meadow is adjacent to library and we are 2 minutes walk along tis road. Billingshurst railway station is approx. 3/4 mile. The number 100 bus service from Horsham runs hourly to Billingshurst
