The Chapel was built in 1754 as a general Baptist place of worship. It is a very small building with many original features. It has a small but very active congregation. Visitors are welcome to enjoy a tranquil haven in a busy village

Opening Arrangements

Open between 10.00am to 4.00pm on 1st and 2nd Saturdays every month; Wednesday's during school holidays. Any alterations to times will be published on the website: http://www.thechapelatbillingshurst.com. Anybody travelling from a distance or who wants to visit for a specific historical reason or who would like the Chaepl opening at a time outside of the above hours should call Stuart Coupe on 01403 260046 to arrange a visit.

Directions

Follow signs to Billingshurst library and use fee paying car park. Lakers Meadow is adjacent to library and we are 2 minutes walk along this road. Billingshurst railway station is approx. 3/4 mile. the number 100 bus service from Horsham runs hourly to Billingshurst
