Originally founded in 1133 as a Cistercian Abbey, and it has now evolved into a complex medieval and 16th century building with extensive pasteboard Gothic enveloping dating from the early 19th century.

Tuesday 3rd April - Thursday 5th July; tours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Pre-booking essential 01948 662880.
