Crofton Old Church, Lychgate Green

Crofton Old Church, Lychgate Green, Crofton, Fareham, Hampshire PO14 3HA View on map

Grade I listed church, originally a parish church dedicated to St Edmund, King and Martyr. Built in cruciform shape during 14th, 15th and 19th centuries of white stone with rendered exterior and brick buttresses. Replaced as a parish church by a new church in 1878.


Opening Arrangements

Every Friday in March, April, May, June, September, October between 10am & 4pm 18th of every month between 10am and noon


Signposted off B3334 approximately 1 mile from Stubbington, turn right into Marks Tey Road. Take first left into Lychgate Green. Rail: Fareham (approx. 5 miles). Bus: see for timetables.
