Grade II* listed town hall by G E Lamb built in 1854 on the site of a Medieval Common Hall. The tower holds a 12th century Sanctus bell formerly in the church and the clock celebrates Queen Victoria’s jubilee.

Opening Arrangements

The Town Hall will be closed from January to March 2018 due to extensive building works. Please contact Volunteer centre after 1 April for opening details.

Directions

A14 from Ipswich, turn off A140 at Brome, signposted to Eye. Rail: Diss (4 miles). Bus: Nos 113 and 114 (Diss to Ipswich).
