Flint and thatch 11th/12th century rural parish church, with round tower and east end diagonal flushwork, probably of the 15th century. Stained glass east window by Kempe, many by F. C. Eden, and other examples. Catherine Suckling, the mother of Lord Nelson born and baptised here.

All year: daily 9am - 6pm.


Off B1062, between Beccles and Bungay. Signposted to church. Rail: Beccles (2½ miles). Bus: No regular service - phone ahead for 'Suffolk Links Pathfinder' (tel: 01986 874479).
