Holy Trinity, Woods Lane

Built 1788 with tower added in 1843. Built of watershot hammer-dressed stone with slate roof. The tower built in three stages, the top stage in Italianate style with arcades, clock faces and a shallow pyramid roof. Stained glass to the interior.

Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 9.30am - 4pm.


Off A670 Oldham Road, turn into A6052 Delph New Road and then right into Woods Lane. Rail: Greenfield (2 miles). Bus: 353 and 354 (Ashton - Denshaw); 184 (Manchester - Huddersfield, limited service)
