Parish church dedicated to St Catherine of Alexandria built 1842 by M Haberson, incorporating some medieval work. South porch has nail studded old oak door dated 1633 with decorated wrought iron work. Octagonal font bearing coat of arms to Hastings family. Memorials to Anthony and Magdalen Grey, 9th Earl and Countess of Kent died 1643 and 1653.


Opening Arrangements

Tuesdays 9.30am - 12pm and at other times when used by local groups and societies. Alternate Wednesdays 10am - 3pm.


M69 junction 2 and from A5/M69 intersection, follow signs for Burbage and the church is signposted. Rail: Hinckley (1½ miles). Bus: nos. 71 or 58 from Hinckley bus station.
