Red sandstone church built 1840-1.Three tier central pulpit and a gallery supported by iron Tuscan columns. Box pews and hammerbeam roof. A rare survival of an early Victorian church interior.


Opening Arrangements

Second, third, fourth and fifth Sunday of the month 9am-1.30pm. Heritage open days, 2nd weekend in September. At other times by prior arrangement.


1 mile SE of Liverpool city centre in Beaumont Street (off B5174). Rail: Edgehill (10 minute walk). Bus: No's 86, 86A, 86B, 86C and 76 stop on Upper Parliament Street, No's 27 and 27 stop on Lodge Lane.
