Grade II listed, constructed mid 1920's. Nave is a single open space, linked to south aisle by an arcade, art deco influence in window tracery. Church and crypt well used for worship and community events/activities.


Opening Arrangements

March - October: Sundays, 10.30am - 6pm; November - February: Sundays, 10.30am - 4pm. In addition the church is open at other times during the week (see website for further details). By prior arrangement with the key holder.


St Cuthberts stands on Grimscar Avenue in Birkby between Linden Road and Bleasdale Road. Rail: Huddersfield (1 mile). Bus: No's 547 and 549.
