St James, Hunton Lane

St James, Hunton Lane, Hunton, Winchester, Hampshire SO21 3LS View on map

13th century church rebuilt in 19th century of rubble flint with stone dressings. Interior contains 15th century piscina and a 15th century tomb said to be that of Prior Hunton of Winchester. Church mentioned as a chapel to Crawley parish in 1291.
