Originally built in 1843. This building and several others were endowed by Sir Thomas William Evans who was a mayor of Derby and a known associate of William Wiberforce. The church was constructed with pebble walls which is unusual in the midlands. Interior decoration has a unique plaster and paintwork scheme.
Every day 10am - 5pm may change in the winter months to 4pm.
The church is directly adjacent to Long Lane and is in the centre of the village. Rail: Derby (14 miles)
