Parish church situated at the end of a long drive.15th century tower remains but remainder rebuilt in 1861 in Perpendicular style by Canon Frederic Pretyman to the design of James Fowler of Louth. Handsome marble and mosaic reredos of 1890 with good stained glass window. 15th century font from Little Carlton church, is in Little Carlton church yard..


Opening Arrangements

2 January - 31 December: daily 10am to 4pm (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).


From Louth bypass take B1200 to Manby, turn right at lights to Great Carlton. Church is signposted and situated up a long drive from the village. Rail: Grimsby (20 miles), Lincoln (30 miles).
