Grade I listed 12th and 14th century parish church built of local stone with a Saxon doorway. Restoration of 1862 and south vestry added in 1880. Fragment of sculptural relief said to be from a Roman tombstone incorporated in to the south wall of chancel. Hymn writer Frances Havergal visited while her brother was the incumbent.

Rail: Hereford (15 miles), Gloucester (approximately 17 miles). Bus: No 32 (Gloucester to Ross-on-Wye) stops at Upton Bishop Cross approximately 1 mile from the church.
