Grade I listed parish church. 12th century nave and chancel, 13th century spire and 15th century south aisle. Restorations of 1860 by John Dobson and Ewan Christianson. Fine early 14th century knight’s effigy ascribed to Sir Hugh of Morwicke. Various 18th and early 19 century wall tablets in nave and chancel, many signed by Davies of Newcastle.
