St Leonard's Church is all that is left of a Manor House and Hamlet that once stood by the pond. The Church was probably built by the De Mauditt Family between 1100 and 1125. The little Norman Church has a fine horseshoe Chancel Arch, a 15th Century Font and some interesting memorials to the Stuart Family from the 16th Century.
The church will be unlocked between 10am and 4pm on weekdays and Sundays. It will be used for regular worship between March and November. Key holders names and addresses with contact details will be displayed in the porch
