St Leonard's Church in the Wood, Church Wood Drive, Hollington, St Leonards East Sussex TN38 9PB View on map

Grade II listed 13th century stone church on an earlier, possibly Anglo-Saxon site, retaining some medieval wall fabric and the upper part of the tower, but otherwise comprehensively restored in 1865 in Early English style and retaining a little altered later 19th century interior. The rebuilding was carried out by an unknown architect and at the expense of Miss Matilda Dampner in memory of her parents. Notable tombs and stained glass windows.
