St Margaret of Antioch, Church End, Barley, Hertfordshire SG8 8JS View on map

Parish church of flint and dressed stone construction, situated in the centre of the village, with under-tower and south aisle pre 14th century. The rest of the church was rebuilt and enlarged by Butterfield. The south aisle is now an oak floored space used for gatherings and exhibitions, the north a quiet place for prayer.

On church end, (The Saffron Walden Road), which leaves the B1368 under the Arch of the Fox & Hounds pub. Rail: Royston (4 miles) Bus: Arriva, 4 buses each way at approx. 2 hour intervals.
