St Mary, Church Lane

St Mary, Church Lane, Horncastle, Lincolnshire LN9 5HW View on map

Dating from the early 13th and 15th century and constructed of green sandstone. Heavily restored in 1859-61 by Ewan Christian. Further restoration has taken place in late 20th and early 21st centuries.


Opening Arrangements

1 April - 30 September 10am - 4pm . At other times, weekdays 10am - 12noon.


In town centre by junction of A158 (Lincoln - Skegness) and A153 (Sleaford - Louth). Rail: Lincoln (22.5 miles). Bus: route 6 (Lincoln - Skegness), Hourly service.
