Gothic Revival Roman Catholic church built 1886 as a memorial to Francis Sumner (d1884). Altar and reredos in Caen stone. Carved doors, choir stalls, Pelican mosaic and stained glass. Shrine of St Clement and 'Paupers Door'.
6 April - 19 October : Saturdays 10am - 4pm; 26 October - 29 March : Saturdays 10am - 12noon. At other times by prior appointment.
A624, turn into St Mary's Road, then Sumner Street. Rail: Glossop (½ mile). Bus: all Glossop bus routes stop on the High Street near St Mary's Road.
