Flecked red stone church 1908 - 10 by Austin and Paley. Interior 150ft long and tower 110 ft high with massive octagonal columns and gothic arches. Rare open air pulpit in the perimeter wall with the inscription 'Go out into the highways and compel them to come in'.
Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday each week, 10am - 1pm.

On entering Widnes follow signs for 'Catalyst Museum'. Turn left at the museum, the church is 200 metres further on. Rail: Widnes (2 miles), Runcorn (1 mile). Bus: route 9 from Widnes Town centre to West Bank.
Parking on grassed area at junction of Irwell Street and Terrace Road at the east end of the church.
