St Michael and All Angels, Braydeston, Norfolk NR13 5AP

Grade I church comprising of 13th century unbuttressed west tower with later staircase; largely early medieval in-line nave and chancel containing at lower levels, some earlier fabric, probably late Saxon in origin (ref: evidence for door in centre of S nave, with ferrous conglomerate jambs). There is other evidence of later, early medieval alterations, i.e., two early English bays of arcading in what is now, the south wall of the nave / chancel.
