St Michael, Town Green

St Michael, Town Green, Crambe, York, North Yorkshire YO60 7JR View on map

Grade I listed church. The nave and chancel are late 11th century although fragments of 10th century hogsback and re- used Roman masonry indicate earlier origins. The tower is 15th century with belfry containing timber bell frame inscribed WB1619. Interior includes late 12th century font and Georgian organ.
