St Nicholas, Church Road, Glatton, Cambridgeshire PE28 5RR View on map

Parish church, dating from early 13th century, with subsequent phases during 14th, 15th and 16th centuries. Includes rib-vaulted north vestry, rood screen and loft (a rare survival), heraldic statuary on the tower parapet corners, and wall paintings around the chancel arch depicting St Mary Magdalene and Christ rising from the tomb.

On B660 from junction 15 of A1(M). Rail: Huntingdon (12 miles), Peterborough (15 miles). Bus: route 16 (Peterborough to Huntingdon) very infrequent
