Set in the hamlet of Howell, it is a small, but unique place of worship. It has stood since the 13 century, surrounded by some fine monuments. Inside light spills through fragments of medieval glass, highlighting the memorials and tombs. One is to Lord and Lady Dymonce, the Kings champion.

Howell is situated one mile north of Hellington and 5 miles east of Sleaford- best approached by turning off the A17 onto minor Roads at Asgarby or Heckington and following the signs. Rail: Heckington (2 miles).
