Originating in the 7th century. The medieval church was rebuilt and restored in 1840. The interior contains pews with poppy heads, medieval carvings on the lectern and sedilia and a 1633 Bishops chair.

Opening Arrangements

Saturdays: 1 April - 31 October 10am - 5pm. At other times by arrangement with key holders who live close to the church, contact details at church.


In the vale of Belvoir, 1 mile from Belvoir Castle, south from A52. Rail: Bottesford (5 miles). Bus: limited route (every 2 hours) from Bottesford, Melton Mowbray (not on Sunday).
