St Peter & St Paul, Ellesborough, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP17 0XF View on map

Grade II listed parish church with a tall tower and standing on an imposing site on the crest of a hill overlooking the village. Late 14th - 15th century but much restored and externally refaced 1854 - 71. Fine wall monument in south aisle of black and white marble to Bridget Croke d.1638.

The church is open from 2pm - 6pm on the following dates: March 17th - 28th. April 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th. May 1st, 8th 15th, 22nd, 29th and 30th. June 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th. July 3rd, 10th, 17th, 18th, 24th, 31st. August 7th, 14th, 21st 28th and 29th. September 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th.


Approximately 5 miles south of Aylesbury off A4010. Rail: Little Kimble (1 mile) Bus: Arriva line 300 (High Wycombe - Aylesbury). Wendover 2 miles.
