Built in 1847-8, architect Charles Hanson. Small chapel built by Elizabeth Dalton of Thurnham Hall with stained glass by William Wailes. Grounds contain Gillow family mausoleum.

All year: Sunday 8am - 11am. At other times by prior arrangement, key holder details displayed in church porch. Conducted tours by prior arrangement


5 miles south west of Lancaster on road to Cockerham, turn into Thurnham Hall driveway. Rail: Lancaster (5 miles). Bus: No 89 (Lancaster - Knott End).
