Grade II Gothic Revival church in Early English style, designed by Walter Hanstock and completed in 1868. Tower surmounted by a tall spire, a landmark dominating the landscape of Upper Batley. Fine east window.


Opening Arrangements

All year: Sunday 10.30am - 11.30am, Monday 2pm - 4pm, Wednesday 10am - 11am; Term time: Tuesdays and Fridays 6pm - 9pm; Ad hoc open days (see web site). At other times by prior arrangement (2-3 days notice required).


Situated on a hill overlooking Batley Town, off A652 Bradford Road, then B6123 (Batley Field Road), 2nd right into York Road. Rail: Batley (approximately ½ mile).
