A row of individual 19th century mausolea with several vacant plots. Yellow brick with stucco render. Interesting as a formally planned group of memorials.


Opening Arrangements

Tours that pass the catacombs: Every weekday 1.45pm, Weekends: every half hour,11am - 4pm (3pm November - February). Bookable via website ( Any other time by appointment. Not open Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

In Highgate Cemetery north London halfway up Swains Lane. Rail: Gospel Oak (0.8 miles), Upper Holloway (0.8 miles), Archway tube (0.7 miles). Bus: No C11 from Archway or Gospel Oak.
