Grade II listed . The present building dates from 1859, the exterior being in a robust classical manner. The interior dates from the 1860s and was enhanced in the 1890s and includes a marble octagonal pulpit. There is a large organ and spacious total immersion baptismal font.
The chapel is open for a number of events, details publicised on the building and online (see www.hct.org.uk or the local Friends Group www.wainsgate.co.uk), otherwise access can be arranged at any reasonable time by prior arrangement with the key holder Dave Nelson 01422 843315 and David Holmes 01422 843486.
