Former National and Infant school opened in 1845 and forming part of a fine group of Victorian public buildings in Queen Street. Historic school rooms, displays and playground in restored school celebrating the work of Victorian educational pioneer Samuel Wilderspin. Closed in 1978 and since restoration in 2008 is used for community events and meetings.


Opening Arrangements

March - November: Thursday - Sunday, 10am - 4pm; December - February: Thursday - Sunday, 11am - 3pm.


From A1077 follow signs for 'churches' and ' Town Centre'. Rail: Barton upon Humber ( ½ mile). Bus: No's 250 and 350 on main bus routes.
