Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is: Historic England of The Engine House, Fire Fly Avenue, Swindon, SN2 2EH.
These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings Survey Prize Draw’ (‘the ‘Prize Draw’), running from 00.01am on Monday 7 October 2019 (the ‘Opening Date’) until 23.59pm on Sunday 3 November 2019 (the ‘Closing Date').
This Prize Draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, excluding anyone professionally connected with this Prize Draw.
To be entered into the Prize Draw, the respondent must complete the survey and leave a contact email address.
The prize is one of five £50 Amazon gift cards.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
All Prize Draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
The winners will be selected at random from all completed entries by Historic England and they will be notified in writing by email by Monday 18 November 2019.
Only one prize per individual will be awarded.
If the winners cannot be contacted within 5 days of notification, Historic England reserves the right to offer prizes to other entrants selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.
The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
No entry fee or purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
Any entry which is incomplete or unintelligible may be disqualified in the sole discretion of Historic England and Historic England are not responsible for entries that are damaged, delayed, or lost in transit. Proof of sending is not proof of delivery.
There are no alternative prizes and the prizes may not be transferred to another person.
Entry in the Competition signifies acceptance of these rules. Historic England reserves the right to withhold or cancel the prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules. Historic England also reserves the right at its discretion to change the prizes and/or amend the Prize Draw rules at any time.
Historic England reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The rules of this Prize Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions.
