4.1 We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that information on the Site is accurate, but material included on the Site is not intended to amount to advice or authority on which reliance should be placed. In particular, the information from local authority Historic Environment Records that is available on the Site should not be used by itself as the basis for planning or other management advice or recommendations. In all cases, the relevant Historic Environment Record should be contacted first to obtain additional relevant information and advice.
4.2 We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, correctness, reliability, quality or originality of any material and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by any reliance placed on such material by you or anyone to whom you communicate any information gained from such material.
4.3 We cannot guarantee that all database resources (whether those of Historic England or third party organisations) which usually feed the searches conducted on the Site will always be available to our search engine at the time you conduct your search. Search results should not be taken to be an exhaustive or definitive enquiry of the resources.
4.4 If you find any inaccurate information on the Site, please tell the relevant third party organisation (in the case of third party database resources) or let us know (if the inaccuracy is with an Historic England database resource).
