Coroner's Court , Backfields, Stokes Croft, Bristol

This building dates from 1857-8 and was originally a Wesleyan (Methodist) school. It was designed by Foster and Wood in Tudor Gothic Revival style. It was built from local Pennant rubble stone. It was converted for use as a coroner's court in the mid 20th century.
