Flaxley Abbey, Flaxley, Gloucestershire

This house was built between 1777-1783 for Sir Thomas Crawley-Boevey. It includes the remains of a medieval abbey. It was a Cistercian abbey that was founded in 1151 and dissolved in 1536-37.
