Gravewatcher's Hut, Warblington, Hampshire

There are two gravewatchers huts in Warblington churchyard. They were built in 1828. At this time there was a growing trade in dead bodies, for use in medical studies. The huts were built to shelter the men who had to keep watch over the graves.
