South African War Memorial, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

This memorial was built in 1902 and commemorates the British soldiers who died in the Boer War (1899-1902). This war was fought between the British Empire and the two independent Boer Republics (the Orange Free State and the South African Republic).
