Urinal, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire

This urinal is in New Walk in the forecourt of the Sessions (Court) House. It dates from the late 19th century and was made in Birmingham from cast iron. It is decorated with star motifs. Urinals like this were once common but very few survive in such good condition.
