The watchtower is an important building located at the heart of the technical site, overlooking the airfield, at former RAF Bicester. The tower is of brick and concrete construction with flat asphalt covered roofs and Crittall windows. It is one of three surviving brick-built RAF Watch Towers in the UK and is Grade II listed. The building is located at the centre of the site during events and is visible to visitors of the site using the airfield, track or adjacent hangars and buildings.
