As a grade I listed building its significance at local and national levels is high. Of note, the elements of the church, which are of high significance, are: • The fragments of medieval glass in windows • The Rood screen and loft containing 15C timber work and the access • The north arcade with C13 octagonal piers with round bases • The roof to the nave with its moulded arched tie beams on moulded curved brackets. • Stone gargoyles externally and hood moulds and mask stops internally to arcade. • 17C font • Internal furnishings and screens (excluding loose chairs) • Pulpit • Wall monuments
