Church of All Saints, Uxbridge Road, Hanworth - Hounslow
Constructed in the 1950s, designed by NF Cachemaille-Day. Built in brick with reinforced concrete dressings and roofs covered in asphalt. It has a tall square nave with lower side aisles and a semi-domical sanctuary. Over the nave is a large circular lantern with twenty-four stained glass panels between slender concrete mullions surmounted by a tall cross finial. Some mullions are suffering from cracking and spalling of the concrete. There is concern over the stability of several of the glass panels, some of the glass is cracked and past repairs have been carried out in non-matching glass.
