Heath House, North End Way NW3 - Camden

Substantial early C18 double-fronted detached house, with C19 extensions. Much of the house was rebuilt following war damage. The building has suffered prolonged water penetration and most interior fittings and detailings have been removed. The monoflex wrapping and temporary roof have been removed and the Local Authority is in discussion with the owner about their replacement in order to ensure the building is wind and weathertight. A planning application has been submitted to convert the building to a single family dwelling.
