Heath House, North End Way NW3 - Camden

Substantial early C18 double-fronted detached house, with C19 extensions. Much of the house was rebuilt following war damage. The building has suffered prolonged water penetration and most interior fittings and detailings have been removed. The owner is pursuing a scheme which was granted consent in 2008 to restore the building as a single dwelling, which has been partially implemented. In 2021 the building was protected by scaffolding, monoflex wrapping and a temporary roof and an internal inspection in December 2021 showed it to be secure, wind and watertight.
