The Benedictine Priory of St Mary (Sopwell Priory) and the post-medieval mansions known as Sopwell House or Lee Hall - St Albans

Remains of post-Dissolution mansion on site of medieval priory. A major programme of repair works to the ruins has been carried out, with only a final phase of consolidation now required in order to take the site off the register. This last phase has yet to be programmed.
