Church of St Edward, Church Lane, Chilton Polden - Somerset Council (UA)

Parish church of C15 origin, largely rebuilt in 1889. Rubble, slate roofs with coped verges and bellcote at west end. Chancel and nave, north aisle, north transept, north and south porches and vestry. Neo-Perpendicular with some Perpendicular features remaining. There is cracking to the vestry wall and the roof covering is failing. The church was awarded a Listed Places of Worship Roof Repairs Grant in 2016 but more repairs are required.
