Church of St Peter at Gowts, High Street, Lincoln - Lincoln
Ancient church with C11 nave and tower. North aisle and porch dated 1852, by W A Nicholson. The chancel was enlarged in 1887 by C H Fowler. There is some general erosion of stonework and pointing. The west tower in particular has evidence of historical structural movement, possibly related to issues of decay within the bell frame. Further investigation of the cause is needed, alongside further monitoring.
